After considering some feedback and suggestions on how to handle anti-tanking in our first season, I have decided to go with a variation on what I proposed last night.

One random draw among the bottom 1-4 teams, another for teams 5-8, another for teams 9-12, and another for teams 13-16.

If tiebreakers are needed, we'll use head to hear record.

As stated earlier, we will discuss how we want to do it in future seasons once we begin 1946 and will have a league-wide vote if any changes are necessary.

I hope this is agreeable to everyone, but if you're not wild about it, we will have the opportunity to revise it from 1948 going forward.

We need a draft clock or this league will take quite awhile. Maybe?

Per last night's sitemail, the clock will start no later than Friday morning. More likely Thursday morning at this point.

Thursday morning it will be. I'll have time slots posted by tomorrow afternoon.

Hopefully we can get a few more picks in by then!
