Apparenlty NY State didn't feel the need to protect it's citizens..

And, oh by the way - isn't it coincidental that Wash, Cal, NY NJ, LA, MI - where COVID IS out of control - all have Dem governors.

Isn't it coincidental that CA, NY, NJ and MI all have COVID problems and are also four of the MOST populous states? It's a conspiracy, folks.

Yes I actually WAS serious Penn! That is my own little conspiracy theory on COVID19. I think it does MUCH higher than any singular government. I'm talking Gates and the other billionaire elite liberals. They have to find a way to dethrone Trump now! Four more years of US prosperity will not help them accomplish their goal of establishing a New Word Order. They HAD TO find a way to undermine him somehow.
