No, but all 23 selected players must be on your roster, just as they were announced. You can use them any way you wish.

That's the 161 inning Cleveland Spiders version...and is a fine addition to our staff. Behold that sparkling .355 OAV, which means he's capable of getting outs from 60% of the hitters he'll face... remarkable.

Wasted pick. Nobody will use him.
This team rarely competes outside of this league. There's been worse pitchers selected...again, we're all stuck with what we get. Stivetts is no prize either. Some ugly innings will get eaten...

1. The commish has the right to set the cap where he wants, he created the league.
2. We all can draft anybody that fits the criteria.
3. Now we have to try and win with this mess.
