ppps…should you get lucky with 3rd attempt at killing yourself we will require 3 certified copies of your Death Certificate.

if you should attempt to flee the country and then kill yourself we will also need a certificate of death abroad with a translated copy of the certified death certificate as long as it has the cause of death listed. A certificate of death abroad can be obtained from the local consulate in 6-8 weeks and you will be expected to maintain your duties as commish from the bottom of your rope until all paperwork is received in good order
