Yes, some don't add to exactly 100%.
This crazy thing called "rounding" will do that when using only whole numbers. Are you seriously that _____ ? (Too many adjectives for me to pick just one.)
Look things up yourself if all you're going to do is whine.

In this situation you don't round up to 100 from 51. That does not make sense.
