Regarding Diamonds in the rough.

1. Can the players from your draft class that you have not signed yet, get rewarded with diamond in the rough status?

2. Does the amount of players from your draft class that you signed affect how many DITR you receive?

3. Is there an earliest round that the DITR is awarded too?

1.  No, they have to be on a roster and active.
2.  To the best of my knowledge, there is no "trigger" for the amount of players who can get DITR.
3.  No.  It's based on low overall.   That's why so many low DUR RP and C get the DITR.

The fact that you're offering to let people out of his trades seems a bit "odd".   A) It's not your place to do such a thing   B) You don't have to give your trade partner the OK to void a deal.   An enterprising owner will figure a way out if he wants out even without your blessing.
