if we would have done that trade...I probably take Ben Simmons in the 3rd round. 60th overall. I would be scrambling.

I love my team but I would probably take back Joakim Noah in the 4th and take Anfernee Hardaway, because platooning him and Simmons makes 5 damn good PG seasons to play next to Steph, and I was still able to get Willis Reed in the 6th and Love in the late 9th

Having Simmons in S1, that was my exact hope for S2 as well

I would have taken Noah instead of Lucas had you done this (and Noah made it 3 more spots) and I'm not sure I would have liked the team any better. Maybe a little. Better defense out of Noah; better boards out of Lucas. Grabbing Clifford later on made it kind of six of one, a half dozen of the other.

dBKC is just out here grabbing value. Beverley should go well before this point IMO, I almost took him over Jon Barry. And Love was good value too.

Christie in the (edit: 9th, I can't count), gotta be happy about that. I was in disbelief when I saw he was still there

Also - short leash, Zelmo. You're riding the bench AND there's no way I'm naming a team after you, I don't care how great your first name is!

I almost pulled the trigger on Love a couple of times to be Dwight's backup.

I’m gonna set him to SF eligible on D and hopefully the computer can figure out how to make (Outlaw or Josh Smith) and (Kemp or Noah) cover for him on D.

I might put his 15%+ AST season with Noah’s big assist season and Josh Smith’s big assist season, and have a good ol time with my worst squad trying to sneak in to the playoffs (worst Curry, no Simmons). We’ll see.

yea i got him on the 7/8 turn last time...great value on the 9/10...02-03 is an elite backcourt def season and hes got some other very usable seasons too

Magic Johnson and Anthony Davis is a combination I like at that spot. DeAndre Jordan and Kevin McHale is a nice combo too.

For the record there was a 10 second debate between Beverley and Christie. More 3s from PatBev but also more fouls.

Seems as though blocks vs. fouls takes on a little extra importance in this league, if only because all the cool kids are doing it. Might as well not get swatted out of the game, right?

I had that debate too and was kind of undecided so I went with Love and figured either you or Gerry would help make my decision.
