3. Joshkvt- What all do you look at when you pick your team for a challenge like this?

1. You gotta win the game first. Even though Santana spit the bit, that was the primary motivation in going with the Twins.
2. meet the goal.
3. prevent the opponent from meeting the goal.

In this particular challenge, I first tried to find the best combination of good all-around team with pitching and as many good base-stealers as possible, eliminated those with crappy catching (yes, Jason Varitek, this means you), then prety much closed my eyes and picked one of the 4-5 finalists I'd narrowed it down to.

this is a great game all friends at the end I hope ........ or we kill KNEE lol vote him off the website hehehehe

No reason not to be. This has been a blast.

Toward that end, I'll state for all that I will not outright lie (misleading, that's another story ). For one thing, that would seem to ensure losing if it comes down to the jury. For another, winning just isn't as important to me as playing the games (which is why I won't squeeze bunt, ***** about owners who do, and am willing to take over some of the saddest progressive teams ever seen.

To be consistent, I will refuse to answer any direct 'Are you voting for me' questions. So if you ask me that, and I decline to answer, it doesn't mean a thing.

Do I want to win? yes, But I'd rather have a good time and enjoy the game. I'm alot like Josh in that reguard. I'm in two leagues now where I took over the worst team in a progressive. Winning is great but the games are the draw for me. I could do like a lot of owners and run out a cookie cuuter 80 mil team, just to win, and rack up championships. But I will not do it. If and when I ever get a championship.....It will be one that I earned. Not one that I barrowed from another owner.

5. szczbelek- How do you vote someone off knowing that you will need their vote if you are at the end?

If you haven't made any deals I don't think you can worry about that. Just vote and hope you can make it to the end.

Next challenge. Select a team from 1969-1979. The team that wins their game and hits the most doubles is the winner of this challenge. However there is a catch… If your team has a current member of the HOF on the roster he MAY NOT APPEAR in the game.

Teams will again be ranked 1-8 with slots 1-4 being teams who won their game and teams 5-8 that lost their game. Also the spot you finish in will help you gain better footing in the following round so choose wisely, and do not give up if you fall behind early.
