Have you ever seen a prospects rating not improve? IE if a prospect is currently at a 50 contact, and their projected is at a 50, does that mean they are done or your scouts are under valuing his growth?

Please tell me Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Felipe Johnson  is having an off year.  If this season is what I should be expecting from him... gonna be pretty disappointed.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it with physical traits but not learned traits.  I'd believe it with physical but not learned.   A prospect can't be completely developed in glove or contact at 22.

I'd expect his numbers to be a little closer to S19 but, if you're thinking .830 OPS, forget it.  280/340/420 sounds about right.

Sometimes.  It shows a lack of concern over wins/losses but, if you're winning despite that, it's not tanking.

Not much.  I don't follow the NBA.   Of course it will.   Players don't come out of nowhere to own the league.

I'd lean in that direction.   When you don't care if you win or lose and are doing nothing about it, you're at the very least soft-tanking.

I am playing a SS with a bat at 3rd, so my 2 3b's go to the OF.  Question:  Range 71, Glove 73 or Range 64, Glove 78,  Which would you put in left field, and which is in right field?

The arms are probably more important but I prefer the better range in LF.  More balls hit that way.

While looking over my much maligned Arizona squad Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Arizona Outlaws Franchise Profile  Ive been contemplating changing cities.  Maybe an Anaheim or more neutral park.  But my hitting is lousy/underachieving and my pitchers have been getting lit up.  

So asides from the obvious -- get better players --, should I stay in Arizona?   Will I just allow and score fewer runs?  I dont want to suffocate the hitters but I feel my pitchers are better than their era's indicate.
