I'm pretty sure he's a stat-nerd that can't get beyond the stats to the actual game of baseball.    I think he's attributing way too much of the game to luck.  Mostly because he's FIP-devotee. 

Edit:  That's how all these discussions go.  I'm not big on the new, or old, fielding stats.  Too many variables.  I recall about 30 pages on UZR when it was the new, "hot" stat.

No idea.  sergie and tec are regulars so I'd assume one of them.

I don't really care if players do 'roids.  He definitely got off on a technicality.   He may or may not have juiced but, if they can't handle his urine properly, it doesn't really matter.
