Which guy would you guys have close?  Obviously Redding and Boucher are the better pitcher but I want to maximize their IP and I am wondering if Morlan's pitches would allow him to be effective as a closer.

Two uber-pitches = adequate (at least) closer as long as no other key numbers are trainwrecks.  So yeah, I think you can get away with that easily.

The Dom Brown era has begun.

May you have as much success in it as the Mets did in the Gregg Jefferies era.

Any of you Philly guys pay any attention to the 76ers summer league team?

And the Oswalt chatter is heating up fast, Rosenthal reporting the players involved are agreed upon and they're just waiting for ok's from both sides, whatever that all means.  I remain skeptical.

I can't really see how this gets done.

He hit for the cycle, and I was playing minigolf at the beach while he did so.

To my recollection, he was the only top hitting prospect in the game that the Mets have had in my lifetime.  And he was a huge disappointment.

Well, I guess Darryl was too.  But I was too young to remember that at all.
