In Iba, the Heartland Conference ended up at .5754 which qualifies for the top 10

crap, i forgot to submit the conference RPI for Allen ACC Season 40. I know it was over .6000. I'm pretty sure it was actually .6007 but not positive.

there were a few conferences from Allen that haven't been updated.

ACC ended up with .6000 for season 40

Gulf South with .5686 in season 40, .5594 for season 39

Capital Athletic was the top D3 with a .5703 for season 40

Here is the best conference number from DII in Crum which finished season 37 last night. Should hit somewhere on the list.
