I will set up the draft thread this weekend. I won't officially start the draft until Jan 4 (that will provide time for people traveling, etc). But, you'll be able to proceed at your own pace (no skipping anyone) until then.

I sitemailed MVG99 about his list. The only player who retired was Nick Vanos. If he keeps everyone else, he'll only need one draft pick. I'm setting up the draft assuming this is so.

On the lottery issue, I would also agree to have the lottery chances spit amongst teams with the same record (but keep the total number of chances at 1,000). Also for tie breaker the team with the better head-to-head record should get the better pick.
