1997 Alan Embree

convoluted twisted stat -  from 1946-2010 there are 17 shortstops who had 600 PA/162, .300 BA, and .400 OBP.    The only one available in this draft is Embree's teammate 1997 Jeff Blauser.

And a .95 WHIP for Greg Maddux isn't bad either.
