Here is the process that will take place for the WIS Championship.

1. Get 96 participants to sign up for the league.

2. All 96 must purchase the $15 gift certificate

3. I confirm with admin that all are purchased.  There is usually some back and forth as they try to find missing GC's (that what the confirmation code is for)

4. Once that's confirmed, I rank all 96 owners, which is needed for league alignment (this assures the top owners are spread out into different leagues)

5. I post the league alignment and select nine people to be the commissioners in the 18 leagues I am not in (usually 2 leagues per person)

6. The commissioners I select will build their teams for those two themes and open the league - then provide me the league number.

7. Then I will post all 24 league numbers and people can start entering their teams.

This entire process takes a good 2-3 weeks.

I'm having admin advertise for this Championship, which will appear in all the league forums.  Last year when I did this, we went from 65 people to over 100 (some had to be waitlisted) in just a few days, so if you are procrastinating, don't wait too long or you'll miss out.
