Biggest Steals:
1) Kevin Garnett
2) Giannis Antetokounmpo
3) Julius Erving

I mean, personally, I am not a fan of Julius Erving here and even Garnett is tough for me in the first round. Garnett in the middle of the second you kind of have to take him though. Great value there for good numbers across the board except for his shooting. Subjectively, I think Kawhi was the biggest steal this round. Hardaway was good value at that spot, he is a top 26/27 guy. I won a title once picking him in the first.

1) Marques Johnson
2) Mark Price
3) Shawn Marion

Technically, Rudy Gobert is supposed to be third on that list. But I use the last 9 drafts in my data set. I would like to drop it to when the 16-17 players came out, but I think that only gives me 4 or 5 data points. 16-17 Rudy is a 1st/2nd turn player. I am surprised we didn't see any of the lunatic moves we usually see 1/2 where someone picks Harden or Westbrook. Considering that Marques Johnson is sometimes undrafted, that pick felt like a reach. cjok1051 is the least predictable owner in this league every season.

I’m doing my best to get away from trading in or out of the first all the time in both the ODL and DH52. It’s only really worked out for me once with my first ODL title, and I’ll admit I was truly lucky with who fell to me without having a 1st that year.

I’m on my phone headed to the Ducks game so I don’t have his exact numbers in front of me. So excuse a lack of precision but:
he provides elite defense across 4 positions. I think he shoots like 54 or 55 eFG with 6 points of usage and an absolute elite TO% (I think like 9%). No fouls. Average ast% and reb%. Balanced scoring across the zones. He’s a stud SG.

Elton Brand has been sliding - I got him at the end of the 3rd last time and he almost fell that far again this season
