Count me in on page 1 for that Darien Gap team. Mostly Panama + Colombia, with a minor count of Brazil & Nicaragua.

Still well below the salary cap, but at least it has enough IP available.

Not sure what that brings to the theme tbh.
Will they be random? In that case I can't see them fitting the theme for each country.
They will be average. Its mainly just to supplement the teams who do not have enough ABs at a certain position but the rest of their team is quality enough to be picked
