Due to the crap economy, other companies have been moving out of the last 2 years. The building has room for about 8 businesses. 2 of us are . A much larger company came along and wants the whole building. When I moved in 7 years ago, I signed a year lease with monthly renewals(30 day notice). I got my 30 day notice(they gave me 60) since it works both ways.
