Not sure.  I always demote who I intend to demote before ST starts in order to avoid penalties.

I'm guessing that's not something I care to see.

What are the tiebreakers in Free Agency.

I have heard rumors of coaching ratings, depth chart, waiver standings (last seasons standings)

If the above are true, is it in order or a % of each?

Assume the money is identical, max contract, max bonus.

I honestly have no idea.   I assume WifS has told us at some point but I've never bothered to pay attention as I've offered one max deal in 100 seasons.

That is not a question.  I'm not 100% certain that the FAQs are 100% correct.  If a FA pitcher signs before coaches sign, there's no way that pitching coach factored in if he signed with the team without a pitching coach.

Do you mind me mentioning that loyalty to the old franchise (assuming one completed season, I think) is the #1 tie-breaker for FA signings?
