The HOF is a joke. It's already the Hall of Pretty Good. Unless you're asking about the HBD HOF. I think it will be a true HOF. The voting limitations are just good enough to keep the crap out.

I doubt Reggie was 'roider. That was a "Don't lift weights, you'll screw up your swing!!!" era. I'd probably go with Danny Tartabull or Matt Nokes.
