A lot depends on Palmer.   From what I've seen, that's not good for DHB.   I actually think Rod Streater is going to make a lot of plays.   Send DHB racing down the sidelines and hit Streater underneath.   Moore will make some plays also.   I wouldn't be surprised to see all of them with a similar number of catches.

It's a legit strategy.   There's no reason to let a rival make a late season trade to improve his team if you can stop it without some bullshit veto.

I'd say the Dodgers are going all in and taking a big gamble.  Gonzalez is the piece but they're hoping Beckett, in particular, and Crawford can regain some former production.  Boston is just cleaning house.  Which is why Valentine was brought in.  Figure out the cancers and tell the bosses so they can move them.
