It worked.

Anyway, in regards to our original league, I wonder if we'll still have to pay our players' salaries at the end of the season even if we didn't play at all.

My guess is "No". Guessing that because the salaries seem to be linked to something that runs at the end of a game.

Some of us might be in severe financial trouble if we still had to pay the salaries. It won't matter if the league doesn't get fixed for next season.

If we were to still be on the hook for player salaries at the end of the season, I'd end up $16.3M in the red afterwards. That wouldn't be cool.
