I thought the last round was a free-for-all: take any player not yet drafted, regardless of team.  Was I wrong to assume this?

That's correct, steveymer. That's certainly how we did it on the last version of UNO. The rules don't state it specifically this time but it is implied by the rule I've copied below. It states only that the first 24 rounds will the first owner choose a team. The 25th round doesn't start that way.


·          There will be 25 rounds comprising this draft.  In rounds 1-24, each round will begin with the owner choosing first in that given round selecting a team and then a player from that team, the round will then continue with the other 23 owners selecting players from the team selected.

I assumed it would play out like any of the other rounds, I wouldn't have held my wild card or reverse so long if it didn't. However, given the salary issues some teams might be facing, I'll remove the team restriction. Just make sure your pick isn't already blacklisted, so we can have the final round run smooth and get this league rolling.

ROUND 25 is 100% a free for all.  Pick any player not taken, no team restrictions.  Also, there is no blacklisting of players on a reverse as was done in round 24
