I almost never drink gatorade--rarely even take it during marathons--I'll sometimes dillute it with water during the races. After long runs I crave chocolate milk, or a non-diet soda. Sometimes, milk's a bad choice.
Yeah. I wouldn't want milk right after working out, despite them saying chocolate milk was the best possiible thing to drink for the sake of recovery after a workout.
Pretty much after a 15 mile run or longer, that's all I want. Before I even knew that was recommended. I usually get a chocolate milkshake after my marathons.

walking to the gatorade machine is TMs only exercise. He does that 3 times a week.
Gatorade machine?  Who has one of those?
Idiots who use pumps for water. That's what faucets are for, genius.
I dont know anyone who has a sump faucet, but to each their own.

heh. TM would have us believe he exercises 3 times a week.
Sometimes he has to sprint to get to the microwave before it starts beeping.
Funny, if a little metaphysically awkward.
If it beeps, then the Lawyyark will know you're snacking.
Then why wouldn't I just stay within site of the timer and save myself the run?  Think, man.

You've got to be siriusly damaged to drink a coke with breakfast.
Drinking soda in general is gross...  for breakfast?  Absurd.
pretty much the only time I get a coke is if there is rum in it, I make up for that by having 1-3 espressos every day
