Game 59: Philly scores four in the first and two more in the second, chasing Montreal starter Jeremy Bonderman. The Spectres never get back in the game, losing 9-2.
Game 60: Philly puts the Spectres in an early hole once again, taking a 6-2 lead in the fourth, but the Spectres rally this time and pull within a run in the eighth. With men on second and third, Jose Lopez strikes out and Khalil Greene grounds out to end the inning. Bob Wickman ptiches the ninth for Philly, allowing a leadoff double to Carlos Delgado. Geoff Jenkins is walked, setting up a force at any base, but bringing up Ken Griffey Jr. BOOM. Griffey goes deep, Spectres even the series with a 9-7 win.
Game 61: Dontrelle Willis, 1-5 entering the game, throws a 4-hitter at the Spectres, walking none, and the McPoyles roll to an 8-0 win to take the series.
The Spectres head to New York to face the Mad Men.
