its pretty sad how much truth there is there. if not seble, then the whole rest of the staff (put together). they really should pay coaches with 30+ seasons to respond to tickets, instead of the low level CS guys, there is no way the average CS ticket response has the level of intelligence you would expect from a guy who has played 30 seasons. you could even have 1 coach answer, and 1 coach verify. that would be incomparably better than the current answers :O i feel like CS has a question sheet they just find their answers on, sometimes i really wonder if the responder has ever played the game. actually, its more like i hope they have, but i know i am just being delusional. like that guy who argued with zhawks for 10 messages that you could double team in the press to force more turnovers. even after he was told about the message at the bottom of the page that clearly states you can't...
