Also, a note for the commish - at least two players still need to be removed from the draft pool because they were selected as wild cards - 1960 CIF Stan Musial and 1920 MIF Eddie Collins

No way a rule should be changed in the middle of a draft. Delahanty wasn't on the available players list and should not be allowed to be drafted. I definitely would have taken him over Hamilton and as you can see from my pick, I was looking heavily at an old time big average of'er.

If he is eligible then why aren't any of the other guys with secondary positions in draftable years/positions on the available list as well?

I agree too. When I re-posted the commish's response, I wasn't advocating the decision...

I just think that it is unfair that the person who picked him is getting royally screwed as more and more picks are taken, especially since the commish already ruled that it was a good pick.
