This may be a bit late, but I don't think the Pirates should be drafting first overall. As I recall, when I had them several legs ago they were right around .500 overall, which put them somewhere in the middle of the draft order.

i was a bit surprised by that as well. I know they've been horrible for a while now but thought they were pretty good for a while
