The DA said there was Raplisberger DNA on the girl but not enough to prove conclusively that a crime was committed. In the police report, the girl said she said "no" and Raplisberger "had sex" with her despite her protests. I imagine, had she used "rape" instead of "had sex", he'd have been charged. Underage girls way over the legal limit for intoxication aren't very reliable witnesses. And, when you claim rape but don't call it rape, you'll never get a conviction. By the way, it happened at the 2nd bar where they were drinking with Raplisberger. Again, that's no way to convince anyone a crime was committed. I still find it EXTREMELY odd that his bodyguard was stationed outside the door to prevent her friend from coming in. The more the merrier if you ask me.
