I have this very uneasy feeling that any player that I draft in the third round or later is going to be awful!!!  Why?

No big deal;I've done the same thing many times in the first round. I will be happy to show anybody how to do that.

Yeah, assuming my 3rd roster is good, my final salary will be around $113m, and that was after stretching some of my $200k scrubs into more expensive versions of themselves, so now I have $600k & $800k scrubs instead.

Round 3 roster submitted.  I am fortunate enough to have a complete offensive lineup and 1200+ good innings.  My last 7 picks are mostly pinch hitters and a few extra relievers.
Schwarze is the preseason favorite.

Len was in last night.

We may have a problem. Jvt87 has not opened his second round results sitemail. He expressed to me while we were waiting on Tucker that getting deeper into September he would be on the road and would have limited access. I didn't respond to him, which I obviously should have. I sent a sitemail yesterday; there's no point in sending any more if he's not around to open them. So...I'll give him until Wednesday morning, then probably open his spot if necessary. I feel like this my fault, though. Should have answered him.

That will not do. Consequences for stragglers must be more severe. Lashes? How many? Stoning? Those are also too lenient so feel free to make suggestions.

Why not just award the third round players, then let him submit his roster after round 3 is done. It might be easier than finding a replacement this late.

Great idea! Do that through the whole process so we don't get hung up. Somebody has to be last but nobody will want to and I don't think anybody would say that's unfair. (Besides,they get out of lashes and stoning so it's worth it.)
