The game of baseball was almost ruined because of gambling in the early 20th century.  You can't have a sport where the outcomes of games are in question.  To me, that trumps just about any other potential wrong someone could do the the sport.  Yes, I'm "judging" him for that.

What are you even trying to say?  That we should give Rose a pass on betting on the team he was managing because there other people who have done things of which we disapprove?  How far are you willing to take *that* argument?

There is no debate to be had regarding alleged human HWMHBN. He is scum and those who have anything to do with him -- keeping, drafting or otherwise using him -- are doomed to Rule V failure.  The results are clear and irrefutable.
