Watching my Cubs play the Reds tonight on ESPN, I'm hoping John Lester doesn't turn out to be their latest mega-salary sucker.  They need to make him do a variety of tasks that train him to be comfortable doing things besides pitching that involve hips and spine, pivoting and swinging through his shoulders and arms while maintaining balance. It's showing up both with his fielding throws/pick-offs and with the bat.

Get him to play tennis, racketball, team handball, chop trees, throw a discus, do the twist with Chubby Checker....

I didn't really join to go to a short 12 team league.

That's not going to happen BullMoose. What's going on is that the bulk of owners are grazers, who either do OL's, 10-game freebies, and/or use the theme league auto-accept process that WIS puts out.  They probably don't even read Theme League Classified, or bush through it rarely. And those are being "sucked dry" by the two huge tournaments going on right now.  Hold on, we'll fix this.

The editorial we will even entertain the idea of a joiner taking two teams, one in each league, if necessary.
