I can write a report saying exactly the opposite. Most reports say exactly what the person(s) paying for them to be prepared want them to say. In the US people get a fair shot despite race/creed/gender/color. At least everywhere I have worked they have. I sit on the board of a major top 40 school and the same goes there. Actually we skew more toward females now. So I have NEVER seen it in person.
