1928 Babe Ruth

I've decided to invalidate this pick by spasticcolon and return 1928 Babe Ruth to the available draft pool. spasticcolon can make a new pick from this point which will be treated as a skipped pick which means that any pick posted prior to spasticcolon's pick will stand.

It was clearly a mistake to select that player/season this early in the draft (he has been going 10 rounds later, but once went as soon as only 4 rounds later.) so I will allow that mistake to be corrected.
