I am going to fix this issue. It'll be all active ballparks other than Coors, Petco and Safeco, plus Olympic and the SkyDome. However, if people think this is unfair, I am also open to suggestions. Another option is to have one universal stadium for everyone. I am trying to make it as fair as possible while also simulating real WBC stadiums. Let me know your thoughts

Because I dislike ALL Toronto teams (except for the CFL Argos only when Mike "Pinball" Clements coached them) I chose Olympic Park for team Canada.

How come my manager's office says I have over $1.6 million?
Is this for AAA players?

If you need a second team, I have Israel ready. It's made up of all Jewish players just like the real Israel WBC team is. But if anyone else wants it, they may claim it.

1 - I see that you ended up choosing Israel for yourself
2 - I'm glad to see that Brave AI isn't being bigoted to the Israelis, including them in Palestine search results since technically they're part of that region
3 - I've finished looking for players, even if not birthed but at least descended from middle eastern nations not Israel, but only several have been
4 - so I'm going to look up maybe an Indian&Pakistan team, or an African continent team...
UPDATE: not enough players from those nations or that continent either, nor Australia, so there's another "nation" that I'm looking up but it may be fruitless.

I was glad you took Canada since you're a real Canadian. I was anxious to get this started which was why I just entered the Israeli team myself. I hope you don't mind.

I'm not offended that you chose Israel. To make it more conversationally fun I was looking to have a team of their "enemies". LOL
Too bad there aren't remotely enough players, even with the twist of having at least one of their parents being born in those nations.
Anyway, I'm researching for possibly a 2nd unexpected national team. It looks like a dozen (so double) are viable, though then I'll need to do the whole child of that nation too if there are enough. It'll probably take me at least this weekend if the league isn't full by then.
And yes, I'm an actual Canadian, but an atypical one. Ha!

I'm glad everyone seems excited to start this league. We have 4 more teams left and it seems like many existing owners are willing to take extra teams if needed, so we should be able to get this going by the weekend (just in time for the real WBC, which is now underway!). I am also excited about the diversity of teams. We have all of the major contenders, plus each modern era of DR, Venezuelan and US baseball covered. Should make for a fun and competitive format.

I would like to take up a second team. How does a Central America team sound (Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica....etc)? I would prefer to add Aruba, Curacao and Trinidad&Tobago is possible to round out the team?

I have entered the league with my USA 2023-25 team. Thank you, Gianni, for doing such a terrific job running it.

Instead of AAA players shouldn't we have twisted pro players?

Personally I like the idea of AAA players. If they are random players and you can rename them, we could include guys who never played MLB -- Martin Dihigo for Cuba, Sadaharu Oh for Japan, etc. They wouldn't be as good as they were in RL, but it would be neat to have them. And every country has plenty of players who played in MLB but not enough to qualify for the SIM.

I definitely don't understand the AAA rules.

Team Japan has enough overall PA, but not enough at C and 1B.

I looked at who I could draft for AAA players to fill out the roster, if allowed, and when I looked for power-hitting lefty first basemen, the first man up was 1927 Lou Gehrig, who is certainly not an average AAA player!

Or do we just get assigned random AAA players if there isn't anyone else we could draft from our given country?

I would love to do an Aruba, Curacao, Trinidad & Tobago team, but I would need to add some additional players. Could I add the other small Carribean islands not taken (eg Jamaica, Virgin Islands, Bahamas)? It would be the islands named in the Beach Boys song Kocomo
