You just wait until Trevor Time!
6/9/2010 8:51 AM
Trevor throws a scoreless inning, but Randy Wolf does his best Hoffman impersonation, allowing FIVE home runs as the Cubs even the series with a big win.
6/9/2010 10:40 PM
Former top catching prospect Angel Salome, recently returned to action after some kind of undisclosed mental breakdown following the birth of his first child, has informed the organization he wants to move to outfield. Where he has never played.

OH YEAH!!!!!

In other catching news, Gregg Zaun will indeed have surgery on his shoulder; out for the rest of the season.
6/9/2010 11:06 PM
I think that should wrap up his career
6/10/2010 12:03 AM
Jim Edmonds leading off today. Good lord. Grampa Macha has to go.
6/10/2010 11:52 AM
Cards sign Suppan.
6/10/2010 3:50 PM
My sympathies.

BREWERS WIN!!!!! scoring their final three runs on bizarre plays (botched rundown, bases-loaded walk, bunt with man on first). OH YEAHHH!!!!

Kermit = 3-2 this season.
6/10/2010 9:59 PM
Brewers hit four home runs, get seven innings (on only 91 pitches) from Chris Narveson, and beat the Rangers 6-2.
6/11/2010 10:54 PM
Brewers ninth-inning rally falls short and they lose 4-3 to Texas. Trevor Hoffman pitches a scoreless (if shaky) inning and gets his ERA below 10.00 for the season.

Yay?
6/12/2010 10:29 PM
Feldman had allowed at least four runs in seven straight starts before shutting the Brewers out for six innings yesterday.

In the finale, the day after flying to to end the Brewers' ninth-inning rally in Game 2, Prince Fielder hit two home runs against the Rangers. His teammates did nothing, however, and the Brewers absorbed a 7-2 loss.

2009 first round draft choice Eric Arnett, a pitcher out of Indiana U., was demoted back to Rookie Ball after posting a stellar 6+ ERA at low A ball this season, allowing 11 home runs in 56ish innings. He still has not won a game as a professional pitcher, posting an 0-11 record since signing last summer. OH YEAH!!!!!

2010 first round draft pick Busty McBusterson will meet with the team this week as the Brewers travel to Anaheim to face the Angels. McBusterson lives in Pasadena. He has a scholarship to San Diego but has indicated he would sign for a bonus with a "2" in front of it. MLB's recommended bonus for his draft position is $1.7M so there's obviously some negotiating to do.
6/14/2010 5:04 PM
Randy Wolf pitches like a major leaguer, Ryan Braun hits a grand slam, and Torii Hunter bounces a Casey McGehee fly ball over the fence for a homer. Brewers crush Anaheim (ya, you heard me, ANAHEIM) 12-2.
6/15/2010 6:51 AM
Could it be... Manny Parra has turned the corner?

Nah.
6/19/2010 12:15 AM
Casey McGehee fails twice with men in scoring position and the Brewers are shut out in Colorado (is that even possible?)
