Best job interview advice I can give - don't do anything you've ever read that you should do in a job interview.  If you try to frame your weakness as a strength, you're not getting hired.
I thought it was the other way around that people liked to try.

"You know, if I have one real weakness, it's probably that I'm a workaholic and I just care so damn much."
thats always been my failsafe
now I use...

"I've always been the 'if you want something done right you have to do it yourself' type.  I need to hire the right team and put more trust in them to get the job done right so I can focus my time doing the things I'm supposed to do, like play on the internet and talk to my fake friends." or something along those lines.

The only way to handle the weakness question well, imo, is to make a read on the interview and go with it.  Either they want someone independent so you say you tend to worry about/avoid asking for help too much, or they're a micromanager and you say you tend toward being cautious/not going out on a limb.

Or, you just give them an honest answer and hope that your real weakness doesn't make you unemployable.

I'm unorganized, lazy, and don't want to have to work to get paid.

i just say "weakness is for p*ssies" and then stare at the interviewer.
