i'd rather people get up in arms about the +2 for over 50 yard gains

The rationale was that it'd even the playing field between spread offenses and standard. QB's who rely on dink and dunk passes are less likely to receive that bonus. It also  discourages touchdown vultures and encourages traditional running backs.

But like I said, it's open to discussion.

It's not THAT the ads are on, it's that they're on so much I'm having trouble remembering if I've seen any other commercials in the last month or so, and the song that's playing while they show Jacksons doing silly 70s dancing is stuck in my head most days.  Then this morning all the clothes in my closet had transformed to 100% polyester.

I watched about 5 minutes of one of the audition episodes, then forgot LCS was on this summer until you just mentioned it.

I saw half of an audition episode and much of the episode when they were down to 5 guys, I think.

It was decent, they kept it strictly to stand up, and didnt have the contestants all hang out together in a house being unfunny. 

First one I have watched since Jay Mohr was hosting

Actually, I did know it was on because the the O&A comics kept mentioning that Mike Destefano was doing well.

The house thing worked for two seasons (kind of) and then started just being awkward, so that was a good move.

I liked the first 2 seasons, tolerated another 1 or 2, then haven't watched other than bits and pieces since.

We did go see John Heffron at Helium a couple years ago.  He's good.
