Alright, got my teams in and it looks like almost all of you have too! We’re getting close. I’m already looking forward to the next draft though (best part) but seeing who will eat crow and who will prove themselves is always fun too.

I made the mistake of questioning some of Albi’s picks in the last ODL and he ended up with the second best ODL debut ever. This time I kept my mouth shut but maybe he’ll prove you guys wrong in here.

im doing some roster checks right now while drinking...very interesting

ill definitely post some thoughts after all the teams are entered

one of ash's tier 1 teams will finish in tier 3(or 4....should be 4 tiers i think)...i can almost guarantee it


and if anyone feels bad about making roster mistakes - please dont...they verify that im not wasting my time doing this haha...and also you will never make as many mistakes as goetz93 did this time around...5!...last year the most was 2

btw ben used all his best seasons on one team again(07-08 deron is so good)...god help you if you end up in that division with him

that being said...im not that scared of the other teams...i think his squad last year was better

and yes..you should fear pharrop and giannis...he did a really good job balancing his players with 1 or two really years(mcadoo,bynum,webber,hinrich,anderson) around those different giannis seasons

samuelyork would shed a tear seeing how well mptrey built around 05-06 dirk(my favorite dirk season)...ho grant made it all possible

but thats a pretty good boozer season to help balance it out...even pippens worst season is really good...could be half decent if things break your way

brought the heat with that next squad jh...brandon clarke has a really nice sf season there...rookie luka gonna mess things up tho? hes top dog when in the game

theres the 19-20 luka squad...not the seasons i was expecting around him

holy sh!t those turnovers for luca....and also holy sh!t youre over 100% ast easily when hes in game...gonna be a fun team

bds i thought you really nailed it with the ewing pick...secured that 2nd scorer to lebron who has 5 heavy min seasons with good defense

the capela pick was perfect...get that rebounding + super high efg paint scoring while its still available

but the cheeks pick? that set the whole squad back...cant be going after two things lebron is already giving you(ast +def) when you have a 48 pick wait...look at all those names in the 4th and 5th that could have brought more to the table then cheeks...lebrons backcourt mate needed to shoot 3s...that was literally the only requirement i would put on that position(unless im going super heavy d - which doesnt make much sense when you have the best offensive guard)...cheeks lack of 3s led to the disastrous decision to play majerle at the 3... i dont care how good your boards are at the 1 and 4..with cheeks/majerle/ewing starting you will probably get crushed on the glass

8 to go...gonna have to wait til tomorrow for those

in the meatime...lets get some predictions!...cmc set up a challenge for you all to pick your top 10...im gonna fill mine out when we fill...im hoping others will join in and give theirr opinions...lets see who is the most accurate

im feeling much better about my squad these days...i dont think i can win it all with a team built around kobe/bird but im not gonna finish in the bottom 4 tier...i think im actually gonna make it to tier 2(6-12)...this team is gonna be a b!tch to play with the solid defense and rebounding/passing and when kobe shoots well im probably not losing...on those 8-25 nights tho....ugh

Yeah, I mean, evaluating this league is like throwing **** at a wall & hoping some of it sticks.

Four tiers would have made sense, but I didn't want to delve that far into it.
