Freaky, you dont know about life over the cap yet.

Teh draft is the only place we can get players AT ALL. A guy that isnt much now can be at least serviceable after two years of level 9 training. Since we cant replace guys like Tise, Ake, Iseli or Zarebski (or Terr) when they get old from the FA pool, I'd say the draft still matters a lot.

Is my rook going to even play much, let alone be a factor this year? No. But in 3yrs when I have to replace Zarebski and Iseli, and cant sign anyone else to do it, he'd better be ready.

The oldest player on my roster is thirty. I don't have to replace anyone for at least ten years. By that time, Goodhockey will have combusted into tiny innernetz particles.

But, if I had it all to do over again, FIVE guys w/1st or 2nd round grades fm GHL Central Scouting slipped by the draft.

Somebody ought to grab the best four of then, make a nucleus along with their draft pick, and train them up into the core of a dynasty like I did after the 1sr draft.

Five draft picks are better than one.

Got screwed with the skipped season on my loan payments...Had to borrow more money to resign half my team....Need to get next season going to generate some positive cash flow....This **** better work this time.

I'm just gonna push start as soon as it will let me.  Hell with trying to create decent AI teams like last time.

Doughan was an awesome pickup. Great prospect, had him #2 on my draft board. Had Demidov #3, but cooled on him when I saw his stamina.

Lienke is a nice power winger prospect, just dont ask him to take draws, Haske is a nice little playmaking center with some Kenny the Rat in him, and Genge is gonna be a horse after three years in the minors.

mmy guuyss are improving in all the wrong skills. my D need attitude practice, and at least a couple of my forwards need to get their staminas up.

never mind the defensemen working on offense and faceoffs already!
