Why is the draft oreder diferent?

I'll probably do the draft and give my team away.. I'm starting to get super busy at work and have a few leagues starting up right now.. I enjoy the draft more then anything!!

*SKIP CARD--each owner will also be given one (1) Skip card--this card may be played at any time during the draft which will automatically skip the next person BEFORE or AFTER you in each round, thus forcing that person to the bottom of THE CURRENT ROUND (regardless of whether everse played or not). Once a skip card is played by ANY owner, another one may not be used by any other owner in that round. If ya don't wanna use it, you don't have to, but if the guy after you has been a pain, skip him..LOL. An owner may only be skipped ONCE.



Some clarification here please. If I read this right, the skip card can be played at any time so it doesn't need to be your turn to play it? Also, can you skip someone who has already picked for that round? I would assume no but just want to make sure. If so, I assume they would lose the player they had previously chosen and that player would be returned to the available player pool?

IT can be played at anytime, doesnt have to be your turn. Once someone has played one though, no one else can in that current round. We go round by round, meaning you couldnt say now you wanted to skip someone in round 5. Only can skip people before or after you in the current round. Hope that makes sense. Once a person has picked however, you can no longer skip him.

leeelci- The draft order was based on the numbers that you signed up in. the first 24 rounds lets everyone have a different chance in each time slot for fairness. Since we need one more round to fill out our squad. the 25th round, known as the "wildcard round" where you can pick anyone over, is randomized again to give everyone a fair chance at getting a better spot instead of having round 1 over again. It is how uno has always done it. Hope that explains it.
