Does not seem right to get passed over if not late on picking time slot. Please advise. Has anyone heard of Jack Coombs?

Maybe I didn't explain it quite right. Once someone's full 30 minute time slot has passed, the draft continues normally. The person who missed their pick can make it at any time thereafter. Everyone else gets their time slots as well, but if the draft accelerates everyone can continue picking in sequence.

ABSOLUTELY!!! That is how we do it, and how I will continue to do it. You miss your time slot and don't send a proxy list, you can screw yourself BIG TIME. And that's the way it should be. The draft moves on.....even into the next day if owners want. Once the day ends, the draft goes into OFF THE CLOCK mode, but owners can still pick into the next day AS LONG AS THE GUY AHEAD OF YOU HAS PICKED, and even if there are skips on the board.
