Your obsession with "TRUE RANDOMNESS" is ridiculous. Whether or not they use truly random numbers generated within the sim is irrelevant. These numbers are just inputs into their code, and the code does whatever it wants to them.
For example, I can easily create crazy upsets while still using purely random numbers if I wanted to. First I generate a random number to decide whether or not the underdog team will get a boost. If so, every player rating for that team is increased by 50%. Then the game is simmed.
But everything is fine, since truly random numbers are used.
I am not saying that WIS does anything like this necessarily, just that your obsession with looking at the random numbers that are generated is way off the mark. If anything, you should be questioning the sim engine, not the randomness of the numbers generated.
