No, I think the "battle" will be between Gradkowski and Russell. The Raiders, or more specifically Al Davis, hope that Russell reacts to his benching like Vince Young and not Matt Leinart. I doubt he will but that's the hope.

If your rotation consisted of 3 pitchers with 80 + stamina and 2 pitchers with high 60's stamina do you stagger them in the rotation or do you throw your 80stam guys in order and then the 60 stam guys in order?

I throw my best pitchers the most often. That means putting them at the top of the rotation and rotating them around when necessary/possible to get them an extra start. It only results in 4-5 extra starts per season for them but I think it's worth it.

There are some owners who don't check every cycle. I assume they just don't see the value in changing their rotation or, perhaps, they just don't have the time.

I prefer to have more righties than ies(because you'll face a lot more RH batters) but I'll take a good y over an average righty all day.
