I love these drafts!  Once this draft is completed, I will start working on a 12x12 league. It's been two and half years since I last ran one of these.  For those who haven't played in a 12x12 before, it's similar to this modified 16x16 with two separate drafts, but it's a 24-team league (owners can have a team in each league/draft).  Players nominated must have between 12-15 seasons (there is a blacklist). The big catch is that you must roster a teammate of each of your 12 drafted players (one player will have 2 teammates).  So although you get more "teammates" to use, the added restriction still can make things tricky.  I have a new wrinkle that I am going to add (thanks to slainte for the suggestion).  If you are interested, feel free to start researching now.

Schwarze the 12 x 12 sounds great but if took advice from my friend, Slainte does it mean that EVERY TEAM need to play a Willie Hernandez?  Just wondering....
