I agree that there is a problem (dude?). Not agreeing with the proposed solution, either we have schedule or we don't, no hybrid untimed but not really segments. Maybe repeat offenders can be goodbeefed.
I have tried to stay out of this discussion because I have been unavoidably late a couple of times in the 50+ legs of this theme that I have been in. It happens occasionally. I think rbow's idea of good beefing serious repeat offenders has merit. There are always several people who you can almost comically count on to not get their keepers in or make their selections in anything approaching a timely fashion. We all know who they are. 3 strikes and you're out for a leg. No excuse for not getting your keepers in especially if your franchise is already off the board.
