is his pedigree and reputation and independence.
a man who is considered a middle of the road person of exceptional character who would have been on the Supreme Court if not for the son of a Mitch.

it may turn out that hunter has tax irregularities and it could be criminal or just incorrect and not criminal or lightly criminal where jail would not be normal for taxpayers.

garland won’t be seen as someone like Barr.

Recuse himself from ongoing investigations. Other than that he should have a free hand as long as it's legal.

But not abandon ethical considerations to step in where investigations are strictly political and unwarranted.

Barr didn't allow the FBI Hunter investigation to be made public until after the election.
Barr refused to allow the release of the above information until after the election as to not interfere.
Barr just reprimanded the President concerning the Washington protests.

The Durham investigation is ongoing.

but she was not officially a member of the campaign and more importantly this is about election fraud and even the Biden campaign is not a party and not Stacy Abrams.
