I know of no way to figure that out.   I'm sure he started the AB with less than 30 and was extended to 34.

With TPC 20 and MPC 30 wouldn't it have been he started the AB at like 19 or 20 and got extended to 34?

Maybe not. I'm confused on the AI with TPC and MPC.

MPC - This value refers to a player's maximum pitch count per appearance as a pitcher. The player will try to reach this pitch count in an outing. When he does, he will be immediately removed no matter how well he is performing. This can also be crucial to achieving maximum value (his best performance for the most amount of games over the season) out of a pitcher. The tendency to pull a pitcher before he reaches his maximum pitch count is based on the Call Bullpen setting on this page. To edit the MPC value, please click on the dropdown arrow for the player under MPC and select one of the values listed. You may choose not to set a maximum pitch limit for a player by selecting none. In this case, if a player enters a game as a pitcher, his removal will depend first on his TPC and then almost entirely on his call bullpen setting. Recommended settings are based on a player's current fatigue, durability and health ratings and role as well as the role distribution on the active roster. When the maximum pitch count situation calls for an immediate relief pitcher, the AI will assess pitcher roles first and then availability in choosing the player's replacement. Please verify that the maximum pitch count is the same amount or larger than the target pitch count. If not, the player will always be immediately removed upon reaching his maximum pitch count and the target pitch count has no real value.

Say you have got two guys at the averages for CF defense... whats your tiebreak? Play to the park? speedier guy? Platoon?
4/27/2015 12:34 AM
If they're the same defensively, the better hitter plays.

Team A re-signs his own Type A hitter, then immediately trades said player to Team B, who has an unprotected first round pick, for a few minor leaguers.

Collusion, or fair game?  (I know, it does me no good to *****, just asking your opinion.)

It certainly has collusive elements.    Thing is, they probably could have completed the deal at the end of last season and no one blinks.

A topic of debate in another baseball forum.

Is this a perfect game?
4/28/2015 6:39 AM

By rules, it is.   She did not allow a baserunner.   Was talking about that at my game last night(we have the same dumbass extra inning rule).

Assuming all other pitching ratings are equal, what is the difference between a guy who's pitches are

86, 84, 43

And a guy who's pitches are

73, 73, 70, 70, 54

Which one would you prefer?

I'm thinking this for a SP role. I'm assuming for a RP the first guy is the hands down winner.

For a SP, I'm taking the 5 pitch guy.   I've found 3 pitch guys to be far too inconsistent and, IMO, that P3 of 43 is a negative.

If the Jaguars take Amari Cooper with the 3rd pick, shouldn't the Raiders take Leonard Williams? Or, do you think they take Kevin White?
4/28/2015 12:24 PM

Leonard Williams without a doubt.   I think he and Cooper are the surest bets to have long, productive careers.

Which is more important for a 1B, range or glove?

I suspect it's the glove, but I want to confirm whether I'm correct.
4/28/2015 1:24 PM
You'll get more + plays with the range.  If you can get a 35-40 glove, you'll likely end up with 4-5 errors at the most.   This is a good example:    Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Richard Barry
