Looks like I had made a Redshirt decision just before the change to 3.0. The change wasn't appreciated so the usual WE drop took place and when removing the Redshirt the WE drop was permanent. Not sure if this was an result of the change or something that would happen in the old system.
I reapplied, let a cycle go by, and removed it to see if it would reset (WE dropped further and reset back to the reduced amount).
Just checking to see if anyone else dealing with a similar issue.
