I put in an innings range and went for the player within that range closest in salary* to 2000 Chad Kreuter. The fact that he has no sim history and no seasons likely to ever be used in sim is just a bonus.

*Not the player closest in salary. Another season of the player closest in salary (by $7) was drafted this round, so I had to drop down.
